Production Unit Assessment

One of our focus areas for this phase of the project is strengthening the Carpentry Production Unit at Don Bosco Technical – Karen. The institution has been running the production unit for many years now and they have a significant customer base. However, there are ways to optimize their current processes. BIWE contracted a German Mastercraftsman, Mr. Philipp Emrich who did an evaluation of the workshop processes. Together with the production unit team, Mr. Emrich made recommendations on what measures should be taken to optimize their workflows and output.
