- 114 students went through the dualized training approach, gaining both crucial technical and soft skills required by employers.
- Purchased 12 laptops for each of the trades to ensure trainers are able to conduct their classes seamlessly, both online and offline.

Building Capacity and Inclusivity
- Conducted women empowerment activities, successfully ensuring all 6 female students that signed up for the male-dominated welding and masonry courses completed them successfully.
- Conducted Training of Trainer (ToT) sessions with German experts on various skills ranging from modern construction techniques to didactics.
- Successfully engaged with over 40 private companies in the training of students, bridging the gap between education and real-world employment.
