Our Training Programs
Empowering the youth through a blend of values-based education and industry-oriented practical skills. We prepare our students not just for a job, but for a successful and meaningful life.
The Dual Vocational Training Approach
Inspired by the highly successful German model, our TVET partnership with BIWE implements a “Dual Training System”. This means our students don’t just learn theory in a classroom; they spend a significant amount of time gaining hands-on experience in real work environments.
- Industry-Aligned Curricula: Syllabuses updated to meet modern Kenyan employer demands.
- Private Sector Integration: Collaboration with over 40 companies for practical induction and internships.
- Digital Transformation: Blended learning supported by our new Learning Management System (LMS).

Soft Skills & Career Support
Technical know-how is only half the journey. We provide intensive training in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving to ensure our graduates transition smoothly confidently into the workplace.
Artisan Certification (NITA)
We offer a specialized pathway for informally trained artisans in the community to upgrade their skills and obtain official NITA certifications (Grade 3, 2, and 1), unlocking better income opportunities.
